Israel claims to have killed the commander who led the Hamas attack

The Israeli Air Force has said that it has killed Ali Qadhi, the commander who led the Hamas attack on areas of southern Israel last Saturday.  The Israeli Army has said that Ali Qadhi died in drone attacks following the efforts of intelligence agencies.  Meanwhile, the Health Ministry of the Palestinian Territory has said that the death toll in Gaza has reached 2,215.  The number of injured has now reached 8,714.  So far 54 people have been killed and 1,100 injured in the West Bank.   American citizens allowed to go out of Gaza  Israel and Egypt have said that American citizens can leave Gaza through the Rafah border.  The governments of Israel and Egypt have said that the Rafah Border will be open today i.e. Saturday from 12 noon to 5 pm local time.  However, it is not yet clear whether Hamas, which controls Gaza, will allow American citizens to leave the area or not.
